Dear church family, thank you for all your prayers and support. Nothing much has been happening as of lately. We all are planning to meet each other as the Cathcart family soon. I finally passed my driver's test. So now I am able to drive in Japan. This gives me and Bethany freedom to travel to many places now. Please continue to pray for my friend and a pastor at the Ikoma Bible College who recently had a stroke. God bless...

Hello everyone. Well I came back from Japan with some broken toes. But it turned out for the best. The nurses and the doctor that worked on my foot might come to the church that we were attending in Japan. Some of them are interested in the English class in Haibara. Pray that they will come to know the Lord as their Savior. My sister and I are enjoying being back in Montana but we are ready to go back to Japan to spread the Gospel. Thank you for your prayers and support. Please continue to pray for many souls to be saved in Japan.

New year' meal

Last night I had a traditional Japanese New Year's  meal at my sister's Japanese teacher's house. Of the many dishes there were sweet black beans and Japanese fish eggs. The fish eggs were hard to swallow. But the rest of the meal made up for eating the fish eggs. We found out that the Japanese teacher's husband used to travel a lot. It was interesting to hear about all the places that he and his wife went to. He talked to us about the emptiness of their religion in Japan. He said that they go through the rituals but they don't believe in them. We were able to share with them about the difference between having a relationship with the Lord and having religion. Please pray for their salvation.
